Migrant & Seasonal Head Start (MSHS)

Migrant & Seasonal Head Start (MSHS) provides services to children from six weeks to five years of age. This program is designed to meet the unique needs of migrant and seasonal farmworker families. MSHS operates from spring through late fall, aligning with agricultural work seasons.

Migrant & Seasonal Early Head Start

Migrant & Seasonal Early Head Start (MEHS) program prioritizes services for children from six weeks to three years of age and places a strong emphasis on supporting pregnant women.
Region X Head Start (RHS)

Region X Head Start (RHS)

Region X Head Start (RHS) serves children between the ages of three and five. RHS supports children's growth and development while promoting school readiness for children from low-income families. Some of our centers offer part-day services, while others provide full-day options. RHS operates from fall through early summer.
Early Head Start (EHS)

Early Head Start (EHS)

Early Head Start (EHS) serves pregnant women and children from birth to three years of age. It is the only year-round, home-based program offered at Inspire. All services are delivered through weekly home visits, which support the home and family as the child’s primary learning environment.
Early Childhood Education & Assistance Program (ECEAP)

Early Childhood Education & Assistance Program (ECEAP)

Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) provides free, high-quality preschool for eligible three- and four-year-old children in Washington State. ECEAP helps kids get ready for kindergarten and supports families with health, nutrition, and community resources.
