PURPOSE:
Digital SMS / Text (Text) messaging with clients, client representatives and partners (Recipients) is an important part of communicating during the daily business of Inspire Development Centers (Inspire). Inspire’s text messaging use is regulated by The Campaign Registry (TCR) and Inspire must adhere to TCR requirements.
POLICY
Inspire will receive express written or digital consent before sending text messages to Recipients.

• Recipient information will never be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates under any circumstances without express authorization.
• Recipients may provide express authorization in writing or via an electronic signature.
• Recipients have the right to revoke authorization (OPT OUT) at any time.
• Recipient messaging will be stored on an authorized, secure platform and not publicly available.
• Outbound texting to Recipients is to be of business nature only.
• OPT OUT requests will be processed within 10 business days.
PROCEDURE
INFORMATION COLLECTED:
- For the purposes of text messaging, the phone number, electronic signature for consent authorization, and the associated recipients first and last name will be collected.
COLLECTING CONSENT:
- Documents collecting phone numbers must have the following language regarding Outbound SMS/Texting Policy:
“By submitting your phone number, you consent (Opt-In) to receiving SMS messages. SMS/text consent and phone numbers will never be shared with third parties or affiliates under any circumstances without express authorization. You can revoke consent (Opt-out) anytime by replying with the words STOP, CANCEL or OPT OUT. You can also send a letter with name, phone number and signature describing the request to Opting Out of text messaging to: 2640 E. Edison Ave., Suite 1, Sunnyside, WA 98944. OPT-OUT:
- Recipients can opt-out by written request or by texting using the words STOP, CANCEL or OPT OUT.
- OPT OUT requests will be processed within 10 business days. Recipient record will be notated that recipient has opted out of text messaging.
